Terms and Conditions - Monthly Membership

1. Membership Duration - Renewal - Termination

   • The monthly membership is valid for a period of one month from the date of purchase.
   • Membership renewal will occur on a monthly basis, unless the member requests cancellation before the renewal date.
   • Cancellation requests must be submitted in email srharper30@gmail.com 
   • Membership fees are non-refundable for the current membership period, and the membership will remain active until the end of the paid period.
   • Termination requests received after the renewal date will be effective from the following month.

2. Late Cancellations

   • Members must provide a minimum of  24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.
   • Cancellations made within the specified notice period will not incur any penalties.
   • Late cancellations, i.e., cancellations made after the specified notice period, will result in the forfeiture of the session for which the cancellation was made.

3. No Shows

   • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no show."
   • No shows will result in the forfeiture of the session and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Membership Rollover

   • Unused sessions within the monthly membership period will not roll over to the following month.
   • It is the member's responsibility to utilize the sessions within the active membership period.
   • Any unused sessions at the end of the membership period will expire and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

   • All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges for unused sessions or membership fees will not be provided.

6. Membership Transfer and Sharing

   • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by others.
   • Membership benefits and sessions are solely for the use of the named member.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

   • The studio reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
   • Notice of any changes will be provided to members via email or through other appropriate means.

By purchasing and using the monthly membership, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of membership privileges without refund.
