  2. No Returns: Our "No Returns" policy means that once you've purchased equipment, you cannot return it for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to make informed decisions and reach out for any questions or assistance you may need before making a purchase.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive equipment in a damaged or defective condition, we will promptly assist you. Any equipment found to be damaged or defective within the first 7 days of delivery will be replaced or exchanged based on evaluation.

  4. Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that all equipment we offer undergo rigorous quality checks. Our team verifies the condition and functionality of each item before shipment to maintain the highest standards.

  5. Cancellations: Equipment orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. We advise you to verify your order details before completing your purchase.

  • Equipment cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is needed.
  • The purchase of this equipment assumes that the consumer already has a working knowledge of equipment or is planning to enroll in classes that will provide equipment use education. You are not required to enroll in classes at Stephanie Rachelle to purchase this equipment.

  • Handle: Three months from the date of purchase

During the Warranty Period:

  3. Expert Guidance: We will promptly assess the issue and, if necessary, provide you with a video tutorial guiding you through the troubleshooting process.

Resolution Options:

Delivery Confirmation and Damaged Equipment:

Delivery Confirmation: Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Stephanie Rachelle is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign to receive.

Damaged Equipment: Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that the item in question is damaged during transit, please notify us at srharper30@gmail.com within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged equipment must be returned along with packaging materials.
